Responsibilities:

Promote and detail the company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, other healthcare professionals and institutions.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail pharmacies to drive product availability and sales.
Plan and execute daily hospital, clinic, and pharmacy visits.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territories.
Conduct regular territory visits, ensuring proper product visibility and shelf placement.
Organize product presentations, and participate in marketing and promotional activities.
Monitor and report market trends, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales data, and customer interactions.
Support the company’s brand visibility and distribution growth strategy.

Requirements:

B.Pharm or B.Sc. in pharmacology, biochemistry, microbiology, or related biosciences.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a medical representative or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Must be self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.
