DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote and sell beauty and cosmetic products to customers in assigned locations
Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
Demonstrate product usage and benefits to drive customer interest and conversions
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Achieve and exceed set sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising standards
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supervisors to ensure product availability
Collect customer feedback and provide insights on market trends and competitor activities
Participate in marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional events
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
Basic knowledge of beauty products, skincare, or cosmetics is an added advantage
