We scan marketplaces, websites, ads, and domains to detect brand abuse, then take action to remove it.
We’re growing fast (~$3M ARR in under a year) and work with 150brands. Now we’re doubling down on client execution and retention.
About the Role:
This is an execution-heavy client role, not a passive support position.
You’ll be on the front lines with clients, ensuring they see real results, fast.

Main Responsibilities:
Client Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Respond quickly (Slack/email) with clear, actionable updates

Set expectations and keep clients informed on progress
Issue Resolution

Identify and solve client problems quickly
-
Escalate when needed, but don’t wait around for answers

Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Account Management
-
Track client activity and performance
-
Ensure enforcement actions are being executed effectively
-
Maintain clean and accurate records in CRM/tools
Retention & Growth

Build strong relationships with clients
-
Identify upsell opportunities (higher enforcement volume, expanded coverage)
-
Ensure clients see ROI and stay long-term
