Our client is a leading global technology organisation providing innovative, cloud-based automation platforms for the property and finance sectors. We are seeking a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join a seasoned team of professionals to drive financial modelling, strategic forecasting, and operational excellence across their international footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Maintain and take full ownership of the revenue, balance sheet, and cash flow models (3-statement modelling).
- Collaborate closely with Regional Financial Officers to create accurate, achievable budgets and provide clear insights into performance against goals.
- Conduct back-testing of budgets and forecasts against actuals, providing detailed variance analysis.
- Translate quantitative data into easily communicable findings and actionable implications for leadership.
- Generate comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
- Utilise Power Pivot and Power Query to clean data and automate legacy processes.
- Monitor budget performance, identifying key risks and potential cost-saving or growth opportunities.
- Assist with ad hoc analyses to evaluate strategic business opportunities and operational challenges.
Requirements
- A University Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Accounting.
- A completed professional qualification is essential: CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, CFA, or FMVA.
- A minimum of 2years of experience within a planning, financial modelling, or valuations environment.
- Highly skilled in MS Excel with demonstrable experience in building 3-Statement models from scratch.
- Experience with data modelling tools (Power Query/Power Pivot) and exposure to SQL (BigQuery) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
Qualified CA(SA) with a strong academic track record.
A minimum of 5–8 years of post-article experience, with a specific focus on financial planning and analysis.
Proven expertise in building and managing complex financial models within a global or multi-currency environment.
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to navigate large datasets and extract strategic value.
Exceptional communication skills, with the presence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
Prior experience in a high-growth fintech or SaaS environment is highly advantageous.
