Salon Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of salon staff.
• Ensure the salon operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to salon policies.
  
• Welcome clients and ensure they receive excellent customer service.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
  
• Monitor appointments, bookings, and client schedules.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards.
  
• Monitor stock levels of salon products/supplies and report when replenishment is needed.
  
• Assist with inventory management and proper product usage.
