We have the following vacancy based in Heidelberg:
We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales Representatives to join our client’s team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while consistently achieving sales targets. Experience in the packaging industry will be a strong advantage.
This role requires a motivated self-starter who can build strong customer relationships, service existing accounts, and actively grow new business within the consumables sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Management
- Achieve agreed?upon sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts
- Provide high levels of service to ensure customer satisfaction
Planning & Reporting
- Plan and organise daily work schedules to call on existing or potential new accounts
- Keep management informed by submitting:
- Daily call reports
- Weekly work plans
- Monthly sales analysis
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and preparing reports
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate activities within the company to ensure customer commitments are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfilment and service delivery
