Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
  • Assist customers with inquiries on balances, payments, and account status
  •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and carry out collection activities
  •  Monitor customer accounts for delays or irregularities
  •  Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Customer Service, or a related field
