🚀 We Are Hiring – Helpdesk Team Lead (Technical)
Cloud Raptor is looking for an full time experienced and motivated Helpdesk Team Lead to join our growing technical support team.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support. This role involves managing daily NOC/helpdesk operations, mentoring support technicians, ensuring SLA compliance along with security compliance and driving continuous service improvement.
🔧 What You Will Do
· Lead and manage the NOC & Technical Helpdesk Team.
· Oversee ticket escalation and resolution processes.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
· Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team performance.
· Respond to alerts and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
· Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues where required.
· Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
· Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
· Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and operational procedures.
🎯 What We Are Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (BSc / BEng / BTech).
Strong understanding of IT principles, systems, and best practices
Minimum 1 year of experience in NOC, IT Support, or Systems Administration
Detailed knowledge of IT Helpdesk and Technical Support environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage
· Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
· Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, Microsoft 365, and general IT infrastructure.
