CIVIL AND CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR/ QUANTITY SURVEYOR (LANDSCAPING AND EARTHWORKS)

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• A SACQSP-accredited Quantity Surveyor degree or national diploma.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Valid driver’s license with no endorsements.
• Stable work history with contactable references.
• Working knowledge of COLTO, NEC, FIDIC, GCC, and JBCC suite of contracts.
• South African citizenship.

IT and Computer Literacy:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Project (non-negotiable).
• Knowledge of Candy / BuildSmart (beneficial).
• Familiarity with Pastel, AutoCAD, and Revit (beneficial).

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Afrikaans is an advantage.

Remuneration Package:
Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with your skills, qualifications, and experience.
