If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Nintendo Store team at Sandton City as a Permanent Part-Time Sales Consultant.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating memorable customer experiences, driving sales, and representing one of the world's most iconic gaming brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming in-store experience by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the best Nintendo products and games.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through product demonstrations, upselling opportunities, and knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Stay informed on Nintendo products, new releases, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, housekeeping, and ensuring the store remains visually appealing and well-organised.
  • Act as a passionate brand ambassador, creating positive and engaging experiences for every customer.

Requirements

  • Completed National Senior Certificate/Matric (Minimum requirement)
  • 1years’ experience in the retail space
  • Knowledgeable about Nintendo is a plus
  • Passion for gaming and a strong interest in Nintendo products and franchises.
  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work a permanent part-time schedule of 138 hours per month.
