Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 (Maths & Science preferred)

• Relevant certificate/diploma (e.g., Lab Assistant, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry) advantageous

• 1 year and above lab experience (training may be provided for junior candidates)

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint)

• Comfortable working with PPE and following safety rules

• Valid driver’s license and own transportation

• Good organisational and time-management skills

• Ability to follow SOPs and work methodically

• Teamwork and clear communication

• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle repetitive tasks

• Ability to stand for long periods and do light physical work (moving samples/boxes)

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in clinical / pathology, food testing, pharma QC, water testing, or microbiology
