Boiler Maker

A well-established manufacturing company in Gauteng is seeking a qualified and experienced Boilermaker to join their maintenance and production support team Minimum requirements:

• Trade Tested Boilermaker with a valid Red Seal certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ post-trade experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong experience in fabrication, welding, steel structures, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Competent in MIG, TIG, and arc welding processes.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures in a plant environment.
• Must be able to speak Afrikaans and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance of steel structures and equipment.
• Carry out welding and boiler-making tasks according to technical drawings.
• Assist with plant maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and report defects or maintenance requirements.
• Support production teams with equipment modifications and improvements.
• Maintain accurate job and maintenance records.
