SENIOR CONVEYANCING ATTORNEYBRYANSTONMARKET RELATED SALARY, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCEThe Senior Conveyancing Attorney is responsible for managing a portfolio of property transfers and related property transactions while leading a team of conveyancing paralegals and support staffThe incumbent will play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and the growth of the firm's conveyancing practice Minimum requirements:
  • LLB degree, and Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
  • Admitted Conveyancer and Notary
  • At least 5 years' post-admittance experience
  • Proven experience managing a team of conveyancing paralegals and administrative staff
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume conveyancing transactions
  • Established professional network and existing client base within the property industry
  • Experience in business development and marketing of legal service
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of property transfers, sectional title transactions, developments, and related conveyancing matters
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and professional requirements
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, property practitioners, developers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor transaction progress and ensure adherence to service level standards
  • Resolve complex conveyancing and property law matter
  • Team leadership and management
  • Business development and marketing
  • Client relationship management
