Finance Administrator

A leading manufacturing company in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a meticulous Finance Administrator to join their team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, from managing daily bank statements to ensuring audit readiness.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full-Cycle Admin: Managing daily office filing and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
• Systems & POs: Handling PO creation and finalization in Syspro, specifically managing the Open PO Dashboard across Sales, HR, and Logistics.
• Financial Tracking: Capturing all electronic banking transactions (debits/credits), updating cashflow spreadsheets, and monitoring CFC payments.
• Audit Support: Preparing all necessary documentation to ensure smooth internal and external audit processes.
• Logistics Coordination: GRN’ing courier costs and managing exchange rate updates daily.

What You Need to Bring:

• System Experience: Proficiency in Syspro is essential for PO and requisition management.
• Attention to Detail: Proven experience in capturing banking transactions and updating complex cashflow spreadsheets.
• Tech Savvy: Strong Excel skills for daily exchange rate and bank statement updates.
• Reliability: A proactive approach to assisting with creditors' documentation and meeting strict weekly/monthly deadlines.
• Versatility: Willingness to assist with switchboard relief and general office administration as needed.
• Experience: 2Years
• Tertiary Education: Diploma or Certificates in Finance Grade: 12 Mathematics
