Sales Manager (Poultry)

A leading organization in the Specialty Foods industry is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager – Poultry to join their Gauteng team.

We’re looking for someone who knows the poultry industry inside and out, can build strong customer relationships, and has a sharp eye for growth opportunities.

You’ll drive sales growth and commercial development within the Poultry sector while working closely with technical teams, ingredient partners, and executive management.

Bonus points if you can confidently move between the boardroom, production floor, and customer meetings without missing a beat.

Requirements:
• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or Agriculture (Animal Science)
• 5–7 years’ relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Knowledge of poultry ingredients and processing advantageous
