Officer – Treasury FX Sales job vacancy at Diamond Trust Bank

Reporting line Head of FX Sales Job purpose To grow FX sales volumes and income by managing client relationships, identifying Treasury business opportunities, and providing suitable FX and Treasury solutions while ensuring best execution and strong customer service. Duties Provide FX pricing to clients and support the execution of suitable Treasury solutions. Deliver assigned FX volume and income targets through active client engagement and deal execution. Ensure best execution practices across front-office FX transactions while maintaining high service standards. Identify new sales opportunities through client calls, relationship reviews and market engagement. Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients. Work closely with FX traders and sales officers to close transactions and support desk revenue. Maintain a comprehensive client call list and support expansion of the Treasury client base. Contribute to the development and execution of FX sales strategy. Participate in cross-functional business growth initiatives. Conduct market research and data analysis to identify Treasury product and business opportunities. Requirements Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting or a related field. Strong sales, communication and relationship management skills. Good knowledge of financial markets, regulatory requirements and Treasury controls. ACI Dealing Certificate is required. Work experience 3–5 years’ experience in FX sales, Treasury, relationship management or financial markets. Personal attributes Strong service ethic. A structured approach to dealing with complex and variable work environments in an independent manner.
