We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tender Administrator to join our team and support our tendering processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor tender opportunities through online portals and procurement bulletins.

  • Review tender documents and ensure all requirements are clearly understood.

  • Coordinate the tender preparation process, including gathering input from relevant departments.

  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of high-quality tender documentation.

  • Maintain a tender register, tracking deadlines, submissions, and outcomes.

  • Assist in drafting correspondence, clarifications and responses to tender queries.

  • Ensure all submissions comply with the technical requirements.

  • Maintain and update company credentials, certifications, and supporting documents used in tenders.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and approvals.

  • Maintain organized records of all tender-related documents and communications.
