JOB DUTIES:

Drive overall operations, production, and project delivery to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and timely completion.

Manage multidisciplinary teams and client relationships, ensuring strong performance, collaboration, and high customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in operations, production, or general management, preferably in the manufacturing or furniture industry.
Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales growth, oversee projects, and deliver strong financial and operational results.
