We are seeking an energetic, outgoing and driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate must reside in the Bloemfontein area and have strong product knowledge within the industrial, irrigation and piping industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide internal sales support to existing and new customers
- Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on outstanding enquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist customers with technical product information and product selection
- Ensure excellent customer service and prompt response times
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouse and external sales representatives
- Maintain accurate pricing, stock and customer records
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance
- Assist with counter sales and telephonic sales enquiries
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth
- Product Knowledge Required
The successful candidate must have sound knowledge and experience with:
- Pumps
- Fittings
- Flanges
- Valves
- Irrigation products
- Pipes
