We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide full administrative and operational support within a fast-paced construction environment. The successful candidate will assist senior management with daily coordination, scheduling, and communication to ensure smooth business operations and effective project support.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments for senior management

• Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes

• Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone communication professionally

• Maintain organised filing systems (electronic and manual)

Operational & Site Support:

• Assist with project-related administration and documentation

• Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Track and follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and outstanding tasks

• Support procurement processes and order tracking where required

Financial & Reporting Assistance:

• Assist with invoice processing and basic financial administration

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation

• Monitor expenses and assist with budget tracking

Coordination & Communication:

• Act as a point of contact between management, clients, and site staff

• Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics where required

• Ensure effective communication flow across departments
