Responsibilities:
Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a small sales team through daily check-ins and performance tracking.
  • Drive team productivity to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Sales & Revenue:
  • Drive B2B expansion within the solar industry.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including price negotiation, closing transactions, and payment collection.

Account & Market Management:
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and retailers.
  • Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the solar industry (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and execution skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly (commission to be discussed in person)

Location: Alaba International Market, Ojo – Lagos
