Directeur des Opérations

As a Directeur des Opérations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all operational processes, driving improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives. This position requires a strong leader who can manage teams, optimize resources, and lead projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and policies.
• Lead and manage the operations team to achieve business goals and performance metrics.
• Monitor and analyze the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g., data protection), and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Optimize operational resources to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and address operational issues and risks proactively.
• Support new business development and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments and participate in cross-functional projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred).
• Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position.
• Strong knowledge of business operations and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software (particularly MS Office).
• Familiarity with business and financial principles.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
