Role Overview We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Representative to lead B2B sales efforts in Ghana. You will be responsible for acquiring and managing employer relationships, closing recruitment and hiring contracts, and representing EdoMatch as a trusted recruitment and workforce partner. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Ghanaian business landscape, is comfortable selling HR and recruitment solutions, and wants to be part of a mission driven tech company shaping the future of work in Africa. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and onboard companies with active hiring needs across multiple sectors Sell EdoMatch recruitment, job matching, and hiring solutions to employers Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure Conduct in person and virtual sales meetings with decision makers and HR leaders Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts Maintain long term relationships with employer clients to drive repeat business Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams Represent EdoMatch at networking events, job fairs, and business forums Provide market feedback to help improve product offerings and pricing Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales, recruitment, staffing, or HR services Strong understanding of the Ghanaian job market and hiring processes Proven track record in closing deals and meeting sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment Self starter with strong ownership and accountability Ability to work independently while aligning with a broader international team Experience selling to SMEs and enterprise clients is a strong advantage What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance based commission Opportunity to play a key role in scaling EdoMatch in Ghana High level of autonomy and ownership Direct impact on job creation and workforce development Career growth opportunities as EdoMatch expands across Africa
