Job Description

Position Summary

Honeyguide is hiring reliable tricycle riders / operators to support produce sales, deliveries, and daily route operations in Accra (Adenta Municipal). Riders / Operators will drive assigned tricycles, handle deliveries, sell farm produce, process payments / transactions, and follow operational SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

● Operate assigned tricycles safely and responsibly

● Perform daily vehicle checks before dispatch

● Sell farm produce and assist customers professionally

● Handle preorders and deliveries accurately

● Load, secure, and protect inventory during routes / sales

● Collect and confirm MoMo payments properly

● Follow assigned routes and dispatch instructions

● Submit daily updates and communicate operational issues

● Maintain punctuality, attendance, and operational discipline

● Follow Honeyguide SOPs and reporting procedures

Requirements

● Must own a smartphone with WhatsApp

● Basic literacy and numeracy required

● Experience in delivery, tricycle driving, sales, or field work is an advantage

● Must be punctual, reliable, and customer-friendly

● Must be physically able to lift produce crates

● Must be willing to work full-time in field operations

● Driving License A or AB is a plus but not required
