Location: Ongata Rongai
We are a Real Estate Letting, Selling and Management Co. looking for a reliable, honest and self-motivated individual to join our property business.
Key Responsibilities
* Management of Rental Properties, Rent collection and tenant follow-up.
* To Market and promote land, houses and rental properties.
* Respond to enquiries and arrange property viewings.
* Generate and follow up on new sales and rental leads.
* Maintain good relationships with tenants and clients.
* Keep accurate records and provide regular updates.
Requirements :
. Education up to Form Four level with post High School Training in relevant Field
* Experience in sales, marketing, property or customer service is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Honest, organised and dependable.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
