    Role Overview

    We are looking for a friendly and proactive Administrative Retail Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, maintaining a well-organized shop environment, and supporting daily retail operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the first point of contact by welcoming & assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner
    • Handle over-the-counter payments accurately
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
    • Provide general support on the shop floor, including merchandising and stock level checks
    • Assist with labelling, pricing, and packing away stock
    • Participate in daily stock takes and prepare shelves accordingly
    • Perform daily cash-ups
    • Provide backup support for members of team in their absence

    Educational Qualifications

    • Minimum Grade 12 / Matric certificate
    • Previous retail experience
    • Computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Office, POS systems)
    • Fluent in English & Afrikaans
