Responsibilities:

Sign in operators, conduct morning briefings, and confirm bike/battery readiness.
Monitor operator movements, resolve delivery or payment issues, and manage escalations.
Manage vehicles, EV batteries, and operational kits; raise maintenance needs early
Reconcile POS and transfer payments daily.
Liaise with Local Government agencies and law enforcement officers
Submit daily reports: deliveries, revenue, incidents, attendance, and performance
Enforce minimum daily trip targets and ensure policy compliance
Support rider coaching, discipline, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

A minimum of an HND in any discipline
2–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or fleet supervision.
Experience with Uber, Bolt, MAX, Gokada, or dispatch operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy: delivery apps, navigation, POS, and basic reporting.

Work Environment:

Flexible hours, but operators start early and close late, and so the supervisor will often have to.
Weekends or holidays may apply.

Location: Lagos Mainland (The applicant must be resident on the mainland, preferably near the Surulere axis)
