FullSoft is an innovative IT services company (ESN) specializing in enterprise application development, based in Douala (Cameroon). As part of our business expansion, we are recruiting two (02) Telephone sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote the company’s products and services to prospects and clients.
  • Conduct outbound phone calls as part of sales campaigns (active cold calling/prospecting).
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored software solutions.
  • Manage, follow up, and retain a client portfolio.
  • Handle sales negotiations and close deals to achieve set sales targets.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up on completed sales (follow-ups, order tracking, after-sales service).
  • Input and update client information in the CRM database.
  • Report feedback from prospects and clients to help improve our offerings.
