ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Executive at Modern City, you will be the face of our residential offering — guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing journey from first contact to completion. You will combine local market knowledge with outstanding client service to deliver results for our customers and the business.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and tenants

• Promote properties across digital platforms, social media channels, and through direct client outreach

• Coordinate and conduct professional property viewings, ensuring a high-quality client experience

• Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies, current market conditions, and property valuations

• Negotiate and facilitate deals between buyers, sellers, and landlords to achieve optimal outcomes

• Prepare, review, and follow up on sales agreements, tenancy contracts, and related documentation

• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver attentive after-sale and after-lease support

• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of the local property market and current trends

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Proficiency in social media marketing and digital property listing platforms

• Valid real estate licence or certification (where applicable)


WHAT WE OFFER

• Basic salary 20k plus 2% commission for every direct sale made.
20k commission for indirect sales(through other agents)
Preferably people with real estate experience especially in project sales.
