An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Excellence Specialist to join a leading organisation within the healthcare and medical solutions industry.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by managing client relationships, resolving queries efficiently, supporting internal teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Grade 12 / Matric
✅ Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Sales, ✅ Healthcare Administration, or related field advantageous
✅ Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in customer service, customer success, account management, or client support
✅ Experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or related industries will be advantageous
✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
✅ Experience working with CRM systems and ERP platforms
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
✅ High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
✅ Professional, proactive, and customer-centric approach
