Management Accountant

A leading player in the South African food manufacturing and FMCG sector is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Management Accountant to join its finance team. This role is responsible for providing accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and business performance insights to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
✅ CIMA qualification or progress towards completion will be advantageous.
✅ 3–5 years' experience in a Management Accounting role within manufacturing, FMCG, agriculture, or a similar operational environment.
✅ Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial analysis.
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
✅ Experience working with ERP systems.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
