Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment in KwaZulu-Natal.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant performance, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and operational excellence across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and production output
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and food/beverage manufacturing standards
• Manage production teams, shift performance, and workforce planning
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate maintenance, production planning, and supply chain alignment
• Monitor KPIs and provide operational performance reporting
• Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing team

Requirements

• Proven experience in beverage manufacturing or FMCG production environment
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
• Strong background in plant/production/operations management
• Experience managing full manufacturing operations end-to-end
• Leadership experience managing teams in a production environment
• Strong understanding of quality, safety, and compliance standards
