Stock Contoller

A growing manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Stock Controller to join their team in Cape Town.

About the role

This position is suited to a proactive and highly organized stock control professional with strong warehousing and inventory management experience. The role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Receiving and verifying incoming stock against purchase orders

• Issuing materials to production against approved job cards

• Managing inventory across multiple product categories and stock items

• Maintaining accurate stock levels and raising reorder requests when required

• Picking, checking, and verifying outgoing orders prior to dispatch

• Monitoring returned stock and recording shortages, damages, and condition reports

• Producing weekly stock reports and inventory updates

• Assisting with the implementation and improvement of systems and inventory processes

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate
• Valid Driver's License
• Diploma or Certification in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a Related Field
• 5Years' Experience in Stock Control, Warehousing, Stores, or Inventory Management
• Experience within a Manufacturing, Production, FMCG, or Similar Environment
• Experience with Inventory Management Systems such as Unleashed, Sage, Syspro, or Similar
