    Minimum Requirements

    • 5 – 10 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary.
    • Excellent letter-writing and business communication skills.
    • Strong experience in preparing professional presentations and proposals.
    • Exceptional client communication and relationship-management skills.
    • Financial background with experience in administrative financial functions.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including:
      • PowerPoint
      • Excel
      • Word
      • Outlook
    • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
