Account Manager (MSP environment)

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused professional to join our team as an Account Manager.

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving account growth within a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.

Key responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Understand client needs and ensure services align with their business objectives.
  • Conduct regular client engagements and strategic review sessions.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns.

Account Strategy and Growth

  • Develop and execute account plans to support client retention and revenue growth.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Service Delivery Oversight

  • Work with service delivery teams to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Monitor service quality, trends, and client experience.
  • Escalate and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
  • Act as the client’s advocate within the business.

Contract and Financial Management

  • Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and service agreements.
  • Ensure accurate billing and profitability of accounts.
  • Support revenue forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Assist with procurement and service scoping where required.

Reporting and Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate client records and account updates in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular account performance insights to management.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
