Our client in the digital screen industry is looking for a motivated, energetic, and sales‑driven sales team member to generate new business and manage client projects from quotation through to final handover.

While technical knowledge would be advantageous, on‑the‑job training shall be provided.

A true professional is required for this role as the client's success is driven by consistently meeting and exceeding their clients' expectations through the delivery of sizeable digital screen projects.

Their core strengths lie in design and supply, procurement and logistics, project management, health and safety, and after‑sales service.

Responsibilities include, but not to be treated as an exhaustive list:

Full sales cycle ownership (end‑to‑end):-
You shall be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from client engagement through to project completion and handover, including:

  1. Establishing client requirements and understanding the project brief.
  2. Preparing and issuing budgetary quotations.
  3. Managing quotation acceptance.
  4. Conducting formal site visits with contractors and stakeholders.
  5. Managing quotation amendments, where required.
  6. Securing client acceptance via deposit (project goes live).
  7. Compiling and maintaining the project plan.
  8. Distributing the project plan internally (Operations, Procurement, technicians) and externally.

Sales and business development:-

  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Ensure consistent revenue flow through effective sales execution and identification of annuity opportunities.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Sell products and services using strong, value‑based sales arguments.
  • Conduct competitive market research and monitor industry trends.
  • Identify emerging markets and new sales opportunities.

Client and internal engagement:-

  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding client needs, issues, prospects, and competitor activity.
  • Consistently maintain and update the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship management, and closing deals.
  • Translate operational and project feedback into practical sales and improvement recommendations.
