Requirements

· Previous experience in office administration

· Financial/admin background advantageous

· Knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, and basic accounting processes

· Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)

· Good communication and organisational skills

· Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

· Experience in the logistics or transport industry will be beneficial
