JUMIA SUPERVISOR

Supervise Jumia shop operations and ensure smooth daily activities.

Monitor orders, deliveries, returns, and customer complaints.

Coordinate field teams and ensure sales targets are achieved.

Update products, prices, and promotions on the Jumia platform.

Prepare activity and performance reports.

Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

Ensure company procedures and standards are respected.

Profil du poste

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Minimum qualification: Bachelor degree or equivalent (Bac 2 and above).

At least 2 years of experience in Jumia shop operations or a related field.

Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and computer tools.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Must be result-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Having a motorcycle or a car is an advantage.
