- Several years of professional experience in an operational role in B2B sales, SDR environment, or SaaS services
- Strong understanding of structured data processes and lead research; experience with CRM and sales intelligence tools is a plus
- High level of personal responsibility and structured work style – you are self-organized and don't rely on constant support
- Analytical thinking: You recognize patterns in data and derive concrete actions from them
- Excellent communication skills in German (fluent) and English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to grow in a rapidly scaling environment and actively contribute to shaping processes
- A key role with a direct impact on the operational performance of a growing SDR-as-a-Service company
- Close collaboration with management and genuine opportunities to contribute
