Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and acquire new customers for non-life insurance products.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Educate clients on insurance products, policies, and benefits.
  • Ensure proper documentation of policies and adherence to underwriting standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports.
  • Represent the company professionally in all sales engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of HND or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years’ experience in sales (preferably in General insurance)
  • Strong selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
