Hotel General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the hotel, restaurant, and bar
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Lead and manage all departmental teams effectively
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and regulations
• Maintain and enhance the hotel’s brand reputation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Asian/Middle Eastern hospitality standards
• Financially disciplined with strong business acumen
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

Location: Takoradi, Ghana

Salary: USD 1,000 – 2,000 per month (based on performance)
