Lettings Supervisor

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in lettings, property management or real estate, with strong knowledge scheme of the rental process.
• Experience managing rental properties and dealing directly with landlords, tenants and prospective tenants.
• Proven sales or business-development experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of property viewings, tenant screening, negotiations, lease agreements and tenancy processes.
• Excellent customer-service and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a lettings team.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to maximise occupancy and rental income.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of applicable tenancy/property regulations.
