Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access at gates and entry points, ensuring only authorized persons enter the premises.
Conduct regular patrols of the residence, including buildings, perimeters, and parking areas.
Observe CCTV surveillance systems and alarm systems, reporting any unusual activity or security breaches.
Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, disturbances, or suspicious activities.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations in the security logbook.
Assist residents and guests with inquiries while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Enforce property rules and regulations, including noise control, visitor limits, and parking.
Report maintenance issues or hazards observed during patrols to the facilities team.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; security certification is a plus.
Previous experience in security or residential protection preferred.
Knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and emergency procedures.
Physically fit with the ability to patrol on foot and respond quickly to incidents.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and act decisively in stressful situations.
Must be trustworthy, responsible, and have a clean criminal record.
