Key Requirements:

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
Significant experience in high-rise building construction, ideally across major residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
Strong experience in reinforced concrete structures, steel structures and complex structural systems.
Proven ability to review and interpret structural drawings, calculations and technical specifications.
Experience coordinating with architects, contractors, consultants and other engineering disciplines.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural codes and industry standards.
Experience providing technical support during construction and resolving site-related structural issues
Strong project coordination, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Professional engineering registration/accreditation is highly desirable.
