Key Responsibilities

● Manage office administration and coordination

● Maintain records, files, and documentation

● Support HR and procurement administrative tasks

● Coordinate inter-departmental communication

● Prepare reports and office correspondence

Requirements

● Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field

● 2–3 years of experience in administration

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills

● Good communication and reporting ability

● Proficiency in MS Office
