Key Responsibilities
● Provide IT support and troubleshoot system issues
● Maintain hardware, software, and network systems
● Install and update IT systems and security tools
● Support data management and system optimization
● Train staff on basic IT usage
Requirements
● Diploma or Degree in IT or related field
● 2–3 years of IT support experience
● Strong networking and systems knowledge
● Problem-solving and analytical skills
● Ability to work independently
