- Prospect and generate leads to secure client appointments
- Conduct professional Financial Needs Analyses and make tailored recommendations
- Achieve sales targets set by Liberty
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Provide professional, needs-based financial advice on investments, insurance, and health
- Stay up to date with FSCA legislative requirements and industry trends
- Matric National Diploma or Degree
- 4years of work experience (sales and/or business development experience essential)
- Lead generation experience
- Own reliable vehicle (to attend client visits)
- Clear credit and criminal record
- Own laptop and uncapped internet access
- Strong people skills and a target-driven mindset
- A well-established network and the ability to source new prospects
- Financial and business acumen
- Discipline to work remotely and manage your time effectively
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead in the industry
