Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor invoices, track payables, process payments, and oversee receivables tracking and customer account reconciliations.
Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations across multiple company accounts to ensure accurate cash flow tracking.
Tax Management: Assist in the computation, filing, and remittance of statutory taxes (WHT, VAT, PAYE, etc.) and maintain compliance with local tax regulations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial statements, expense reports, and cash position summaries for management review.
Audit & Compliance: Maintain clean, organized financial records and documentation in preparation for internal and external audits.
General Accounting: Collaborate with venue managers and perform other associated accounting duties as assigned by the Head of Accounts.

Requirements:

1 to 2 years of proven hands-on accounting experience (hospitality or multi-venue retail/service background is an added advantage).
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and accounting databases.
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-venue environment

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 Monthly
