Area Sales Manager -Phone Financing

✔️ Recruit, train, and lead a team of phone sales agents

✔️ Bring on new partner phone shops and keep them selling every week

✔️ Hit weekly sales targets and keep customer repayments on track

✔️ Send daily sales reports to the Head of Sales

What we are looking for:✔️ 3years of field sales experience✔️ At least 2 years managing a team of 20 or more agents or promoters✔️ Experience in phone sales, device financing, mobile money, or pay-as-you-go products✔️ Good working relationships with phone shops around Kampala✔️ Able to move around Kampala every day
