RECORVERY FEILD OFFICER SUPERVISOR

• ·Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Field Officers to ensure timely debt recovery and achievement of collection targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance against set KPIs and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Conduct field assessments and accompany team members during client visits where necessary.
• Ensure proper attendance, discipline, professionalism, and adherence to company policies by all team members.
• Ensure immediate response, proper task allocation, timely escalation, incident reporting, and follow-up actions in accordance with the Employer’s instructions and emergency procedures.
  
• Train, mentor, and support Field Officers on collection procedures, negotiation skills, customer handling, and reporting standards.
  
• Track collection progress, recovery rates, and delinquency trends across assigned portfolios.
  
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly required reports to the Head of Collections.
